Spine Straight!

Do you see what’s wrong with my shadow in the photo above????????

We humans used to know how to hold our bodies, and how to do things without straining and injuring our backs and necks. We held our spines straight. Take a look at these early photographs! These women knew to hold their spines in an arrow-straight line. We modern humans seem to have lost this knowledge. I know I did! I’ve been working hard to re-learn. It’s a process, but it can be done!

Here’s what I caught myself doing recently. I was walking with a pack on my back, and stopped to take a picture of my shadow when I noticed this! It is horrible! I’ve been working so hard on my back and hip alignment while walking that I ignored my neck position entirely. I was feeling some neck strain here and now we know why!
